Processing Times:
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of cleared payments. However, this does not include weekends and may be delayed during busy periods.
Shipping Methods:
- All orders are shipped via Royal Mail with a tracking number automatically sent to the email address provided on your order.
Delivery Times:
- Our European Deliveries will arrive within 3-5 working days.
- Deliveries in Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Belgium, Austria and Luxembourg, We aim to deliver orders in 3-4 working days.
- Orders placed for international countries (outside of the stated above), We aim to deliver in 5-7 working days.
Additional Information:
- Delivery Times: The estimated delivery time for your order applies after dispatch and might vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control such as bank holidays & strikes.
- Tracking Your Order: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account on our website.
- International Shipping: We are happy to announce that we now offer international shipping! All orders placed for international shipping have a flat rate shipping fee of £20.
- Customs and Delays: We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs services or courier delays. You can track the progress of your order using the provided tracking number to contact the courier if necessary.
- Undelivered Orders: Any costs involved in the return of undeliverable orders due to incorrect addresses or refused deliveries may be charged to the customer and deducted from any refund due.
- Signatures: All orders will need to be signed for, We cannot send orders to PO Boxes or Pack Stations as a signature cannot be captures. This restriction does not apply when items are sent to Africa or the Middle East.
- Compensation: If your parcel gets 'Lost In Transport' or 'Damaged In Transit', We offer upto £250 compensation cover on all orders.
