Refund policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund in store credit or exchange (excluding original delivery charges).

we are entitled to claim back loss made as a direct cause of the cancellation, the fee will vary dependant on payment processor used:

- ClearPay 5%
- Klarna 5%
- PayPal 5%
- Credit/Debit 5%

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unworn condition with all tags attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer may have different return policies. Please refer to the specific offer details for clarification.

How to Return an Item:

Complete returns form: Before returning any item, please carefully complete our returns form. Failure to do this correctly will result in your return being delayed.
Pack Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your own peace of mind.
Proof of Return: Please retain proof of postage until your return is processed.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 2 business days. This can take up to 10 working days to show in your account.
Refunds will be issued as In-Store Credit to use at CJB Clothing Co

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the same return process outlined above. Indicate your desired exchange on the online return form included on CJB Clothing Co website.
We will process your exchange once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria. If the new item is of a higher value, you will be charged the difference. If the new item is of a lower value, we will issue you a refund for the difference.
If for whatever reason the item you’d like to exchange for is out of stock, a full store credit refund will be processed.
Turn around time for an exchange can be anything from 7-14 days.

Non-Returnable Items:

Some items may be non-returnable, such as underwear or items sold "as is." These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
