Refund policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund in store credit or exchange (excluding original delivery charges).

we are entitled to claim back loss made as a direct cause of the cancellation, the fee will vary dependant on payment processor used:
  • - ClearPay 5%
  • - Klarna 5%
  • - PayPal 5%
  • - Credit/Debit 5%

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused, and unworn condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional offer may have different return policies. Please refer to the specific offer details for clarification.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Complete returns form: Before returning any item, please carefully complete our returns form. Failure to do this correctly will result in your return being delayed.
  2. Pack Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your own peace of mind.
  4. Proof of Return: Please retain proof of postage until your return is processed.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 2 business days. This can take up to 10 working days to show in your account.
  • Refunds will be issued as In-Store Credit to use at CJB Clothing Co

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the same return process outlined above. Indicate your desired exchange on the online return form included on CJB Clothing Co website.
  • We will process your exchange once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria. If the new item is of a higher value, you will be charged the difference. If the new item is of a lower value, we will issue you a refund for the difference. 
  • If for whatever reason the item you’d like to exchange for is out of stock, a full store credit refund will be processed.
  • Turn around time for an exchange can be anything from 7-14 days.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Some items may be non-returnable, such as underwear  or items sold "as is." These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
